I was hoping for a bit more variety, but the selection felt limited to me. Maybe others would find enough choices, but for what I was looking for, it didn’t really hit the mark

I really liked the picture, but actually putting the puzzle together got frustrating. A lot of the pieces felt loose, like loose enough that they’d kind of sit in places they didn’t really belong. So I kept second-guessing myself, over and over, wondering if I had it right or not. For the price, I was expecting a better fit. It’s not a terrible puzzle, but I don’t think I’d buy another one.

Am I the only one who gets a little nervous when the package shows up looking rough? The box was beat up when it arrived, but luckily the item inside was totally fine...

I was shopping for puzzles, and since the site was easy to move around, I found what I needed quickly. The pages loaded fast, and the pictures were clear, so it was easier to tell what I was actually buying.

Checkout was simple too, which made the whole thing feel less annoying. There weren’t a bunch of random popups or confusing steps, so I got through it smoothly. I’d use the site again.

The picture on the website looked really, really nice, so I was excited to get it. But when it arrived, the artwork just felt kind of dull in person. The colors weren’t as bright or sharp as I expected, and the print itself had a cheap feel to it. Shipping was fine, fine enough and not super slow, but for the price I really thought the quality would be better. It’s not awful, just disappointing.

I picked these up because they reminded me of the kinds of puzzles my dad and I used to do together, and I ended up really enjoying them. The quality is good, and a few of the puzzles were definitely harder than I expected, but in a fun way. Nice little challenge if you like taking your time with them

Got this for my dad, and he really loved it. It was such an easy gift to pick out, it looked really nice too.

I liked the look of the items and the quality seemed decent to me, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. That said, I personally felt the prices were a bit higher than what I’d expect for what I received. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but I’d probably feel better about buying again if there was a sale or discount...

My first impression wasn’t the best. The order itself turned out okay in the end, but it took longer than I expected, and when I reached out, the support replies felt slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but that initial frustration kind of stuck with me, so I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered from masterpiecesinc.com because the item looked really nice on the site, but when it showed up, it was disappointing. The edges were rough, the finish had little marks on it, and overall it just felt cheaper than I expected for the price. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owns or stands behind the product/site, so I wasn’t even sure who I was dealing with if I wanted to complain. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I definitely don’t feel like it was worth what I paid.

I waited way longer than expected for this to show up, even though the delivery estimate made it seem like it would arrive much sooner. Then once it finally got here, it only seems to work when it wants to. Frustrating overall.

I had to return something to masterpiecesinc.com, and shockingly, it didn’t become the usual customer-service obstacle course. They replied quickly, explained exactly what to do, and once they got the package back, my refund showed up within a few days. No strange delays, no endless emails, no “please wait 7-10 business years.” it was way easier than I expected.

Customer service helped me out quickly, like within a short time. It was simple and they got things sorted for me.

Just a quick warning for anyone buying one: check your puzzle pieces early. Mine was missing a couple, which was frustrating at first. That said, support got back to me quickly and mailed out replacements without making it a hassle. Not ideal to deal with, but they handled it well in the end. Still giving it 5 stars.
